LARC collaborates with parents, students, and teachers to support diverse learners and their families in navigating the complexities of the special education system.

Take advantage of a 40-minute initial consultation to discuss your child's individual needs, answer any question you may have regarding the special education process, and if applicable, conduct a brief IEP review. After this initial session, together we can determine the best path forward to support you and your child in their special education journey.

Services are available on an hourly basis to support you and your child in all aspects of the special education process. This includes, but is not limited to, starting the IEP process with your school, working with you to finalize the optimal IEP for your child, attending IEP meetings, conducting communication to hold schools accountable for IEP compliance, managing difficult school administration, ensuring alignment of classroom activities and related services with your child's IEP mandates, and more.
Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
A special education advocate is a professional who helps parents/guardians of children with special needs navigate the complex process of obtaining and maintaining special education services.
Your advocate should work with you to ensure that your child's educational needs are met appropriately and their rights are upheld. A special education advocate may assist with everything from explaining your child's rights under the law to attending meetings with school officials and even negotiating for necessary accommodations and services for your child. A quality Advocate serves as a partner and guide ensuring you and your child remain the priority in the special education process.
While an Advocate can help at any point in your child's educational journey, it is best to reach out as soon as you are aware that your child needs Special Education services. Creating a high quality initial IEP can mitigate potential issues down the line.
With over a decade of experience, LARC provides personalized guidance tailored to your child’s and family’s unique goals. We take pride in offering not only professional expertise but also genuine partnership and support through what can often be a challenging and emotional journey.
